At We Are Here, we are committed to delivering free educational materials and resources to underprivileged students across Kashmir with care and responsibility. Below is our detailed shipping policy:

1. Who Is Eligible for Shipping

We primarily provide educational resources to students in need. Shipping is available for:

  • Registered students under our programs
  • Schools and community learning centers partnered with us
  • Volunteers or coordinators distributing materials in different areas

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Our focus is to reach even the most remote areas to ensure equal access to study material.

3. Shipping Charges

We do not charge any fees for shipping educational material. All items are delivered free of cost to eligible recipients as part of our commitment to educational empowerment.

4. Dispatch Time

Orders or material requests are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of confirmation. In peak periods or during campaigns, slight delays may occur, but we always try to fulfill requests as quickly as possible.

5. Delivery Time

Depending on the recipient’s location, delivery usually takes 7–14 working days. Delays may occur due to road conditions, remote access issues, or adverse weather, but we will always notify the student or coordinator in such cases.

6. Tracking and Communication

While we may not use commercial couriers for delivery, our logistics team or volunteers will:

  • Confirm dispatch via WhatsApp, phone call, or email
  • Share an estimated delivery timeline
  • Notify the recipient once the material has been delivered

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the recipient’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery details. If an address is found to be incomplete or unreachable:

  • We will attempt to contact the recipient
  • In case of non-response within 5 days, the shipment may be canceled

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If any materials are found to be damaged or missing upon receipt:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will review the case and re-ship the required items where applicable

9. Volunteer-Assisted Delivery

In many areas, our dedicated volunteers personally deliver materials. In such cases:

  • Delivery dates may be coordinated in advance
  • Volunteers may also assist in distribution during study camps or workshops
